Apollo offers comprehensive training on the use of hardware and software for the dealers as well as the end-users. Customers can choose from training options to best fit their needs:
Training Seminars at Apollo Headquarters: One week sessions for dealers and end-users held at Apollo's Newport Beach, CA headquarters. See below for more information.
On-site Training Seminars: On-Site Custom designed training programs held at the customer site. Contact your sales representative for more details.
On-line Training Resources: Training materials and tutorials designed for self-paced study or as a reference tool. Available under the website Support menu for approved users who are logged in.
To take advantage of the new Apollo product developments Apollo dealers are required to have at least one associate attend Apollo Product Training seminar every two years. A current Dealer Certificate will be provided after training is received. Training can be obtained at Apollo headquarters in Newport Beach, local training seminars or on-site training at the dealer’s location. Maintaining current training certification will allow Apollo dealers to better support the customer base and also aid in selling of Apollo products.

Apollo Training Seminar
Apollo Product Training Seminars are conducted several times a year in our training facility located at the company headquarters in Newport Beach, California. Training Seminars are open for Apollo existing and potential dealers/installers as well as the end-users of Apollo Access Control systems.
The 5-Day Training Seminar covers the entire line of Apollo Access Control and Alarm monitoring products, the hardware manufactured by Apollo and the latest version of APACS security system management software.
The instructors will explain system configuration, software, maintenance, installation, support, and troubleshooting techniques for installed systems and also cover marketing and sales features and introduce new products.
Custom designed training programs are held at the customer sites in US and around the world.
