APACS 3.9 SP2 release
APACS 3.9 SP2 has been released and is now available. The added new features/ changes include:
- Suprema Gen2 fingerprint readers compatibility with existing Gen1 templates.
- Support BioMini and BioMini2 support with Suprema Gen2.
- Integration with Morpho Sigma Light biometric readers.
- Added support for Bridgeport PIVClass Readers.
- Enabled integration for Bosch, Pelco DS, and Avigilon VMS
- Custom Reactions for ApacsVideo (feature for 3rd party developers)
- OSDP Reader Support (with ASP-4 controller)
- IV emulation for ASP-4

AP-MOBILE
Apollo Security Sales announces integration with Smart Media Innovations (SMI) software and with Trimble Nomad mobile ID readers.
Mobile readers can be configured in Apollo APACS software and the appropriate cardholder database and cardholder rights are downloaded to each individual mobile ID reader. The readers can run in an online mode (continually attached to the APACS database) or an offline mode where the reader database is used to make the access decision and store events. In the offline mode event history and cardholder updates are transmitted between the mobile reader and the APACS database on a schedule via Wi-Fi communications.
These readers are designed to be rugged, secure and quick responding. Available with integrated HID Prox, iCLASS and smart card readers.
